IP Associate
Pragati is an IP Associate at Stratjuris Law Partners. She holds her Master of Law degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has completed a Diploma in Intellectual Property Right and Cyber Law from Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune. She is also a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Pragati brings two and half years of experience in litigation. During her tenure, she handled civil and criminal cases. Further, she has worked on RERA documentation and search reports.
Her area of practice further extends to the Patent filing, Design filing and preparing the responses on controller objection and drafting precise agreements.
