Trademark and Copyright Associate
Gauri is Trademark and Copyright Associate at StratJuris Law Partners. An alumnus of MMM’S Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune, she has graduated with BA.LLB and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Gauri possesses keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights and has gained varied experience in the field through past internships. Her experience extends in conducting preliminary trademark search, trademark prosecution, assisting in trademark hearings and drafting of legal notices and responses, opposition notices and counterstatement. Gauri has also been involved in research projects as a legal researcher and an associate editor for research journals.
At StratJuris Law Partners, Gauri’s area of practice consists of conducting national and international trademark search, preparing trademark availability reports, trademark filing and drafting. Gauri is also responsible for maintaining trademark records, docketing and monitoring trademark infringement.
