Anusha Ramanathan is a Senior Associate – Trade Marks and Copyrights at Stratjuris Law Partners. She is an alumnus of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow and a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
She adopts a strategic and results-driven approach to intellectual property matters. She works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and devise tailored strategies to protect and maximize the value of their intellectual assets. With her 6 years of experience in the field as an IP Professional, Anusha possesses the knowledge and expertise needed to provide informed advice and effective representation to the clients.
Throughout her career, she has appeared, assisted and provided advise to client in Trade Marks, Copyrights and Design litigation as well as prosecution matters. She has expertise in Madrid Filings, Trade Marks filings and prosecution, protecting the client’s IP abroad as well as IP Litigation before the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay.
