Adishree is a Senior Patent Associate at StratJuris Law Partners. She is a registered Indian Patent Agent and Maharashtra & Goa Bar Council Enrolled Attorney. She has completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Sinhgad Institute (University of Pune) & Bachelor of Laws from Yashwantrao Chavan Law College (University of Pune).
Being a techno-legal expert, she has a passion for innovation, problem-solving and advocacy. She has previously worked with Accenture in SAP technology. She has extensive expertise in various aspects of patent analysis, including Patentability Searches, Invalidity Searches, Freedom to Operate (FTO) Searches, Evidence of Use (EoU) Analysis, as well as Drafting Specifications and handling Patent Prosecution. She is adept at drafting FER Responses, attending Patent Hearings, and formulating US Office Action Responses. She brings a sharp analytical mind and a tireless work ethic to every project. Being a dual-qualified associate, she possesses a deep understanding of both the technical and legal aspects of business. Her technical proficiency allows her to navigate cross-domain projects in IP, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, electric vehicles (EVs), healthcare technology, gaming technology, and more.
She is also a strategic thinker with a talent for collaboration and communication. Being resilient and constant learner, she is keen to explore in the field of Intellectual Property and volunteering for IP awareness among the masses.
