Trademark and Copyright Associate

Sahrukh Hossain is a Trademark and Copyright Associate with substantial experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law, with a primary focus on trademark prosecution and brand protection. His practice involves handling trademark searches, filing and registration, brand monitoring, drafting responses to Examination Reports, Oppositions, Counter-Statements, and representing matters relating to show cause hearings before the Trademark Registry.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration under the University of Calcutta, completed in 2019. He thereafter obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Kingston Law College under the West Bengal State University in 2022. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of West Bengal.

Sahrukh’s area of practice includes advising clients on the use and protection of trademarks, assisting in brand monitoring to identify potential infringements, and supporting clients through various stages of trademark prosecution. He also has working knowledge of copyright filing procedures and related compliances.
