Nandini Tewari is a Trademark and Copyright at Stratjuris Law Partners. She graduated in law (BBA-LL.B.) from Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur. She is a Certified Lawyer accredited by the All-India Bar Council Association and is a registered member of the Bar Council of Delhi.

With 1.7 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law as an IP Associate, she has gained relevant experience in key aspects of the field. Nandini has worked with both domestic and international clients on all aspects of trademark protection, prosecution and opposition.

Nandini’s expertise extends from drafting Notice of Oppositions, Counter Statements, Evidence Affidavits, preparing trademark availability reports, handling trademark filing and prosecution and managing opposition matters. She handles trademark portfolios in national and international jurisdictions. She regularly represents clients before the Trade Marks Registry for hearings.
